At MY meat farm, our goal is to provide the cleanest, most nutrient-dense food we can for our family and our community. We utilize regenerative farming methods to heal the land we steward and improve the soil health below our feet.

We produce woodland raised pork, pastured beef, and raw milk that is beyond organic. All of this is done with methods that are environmentally sustainable, truly humane, and naturally healthy. We invite you to join us in making a difference in your health and community while savoring every tasty bite!

Jordan, (a Navy veteran) and Yevette started MY Meat Farm in 2021 during the height of the pandemic.  We were already homesteaders producing meat to feed our growing family but decided to scale up when our family and friends could not find food in grocery stores.  Our farm name comes from our first initials, (Jordan's first name is Matthew)  and also serves as a tongue-in-cheek reference.  Today we continue to enjoy the homestead lifestyle baking sourdough, gardening, making butter, cheese, ice cream, and eating our bacon wrapped filets.

You can pickup your purchase directly from the farm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  Every Sunday in Youngsville at Burnt Barrel from 2:30-3:30.  And on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of every month at the Wake Forest Food Collaborative.  (Due to an agreement at the collaborative, we cannot sell beef at this drop site).

PASTURED BEEF

Our cattle enjoy their lives on native grasses in the pasture, while being rotated daily to help clean up the farm of kudzu. Did you know that pesky kudzu packs as much protein as alfalfa adding great flavor and marbling! We sell our beef by the cut, shares of 1/4, 1/2, or whole beef.

WOODLAND RAISED PORK

Our pigs enjoy living in the woods consuming a diet of kudzu, hickory nuts, beech nuts, black walnuts, acorns, and any grubs/bugs that they encounter.  This is also supplemented with milk and a local non-gmo grain.  The pigs have done an amazing job clearing underbrush and fertilizing our woods to help us establish silvopasture.
